Refund policy

• Cancel any time from your account page (Manage subscription). You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• 14-day refund: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment, or of a renewal, for a full refund of that payment.
• After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. To ask for a refund, email support@reliefmesh.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
