Terms of service

These terms cover your use of reliefmesh (the website at reliefmesh.com and the reliefmesh apps), run by an individual based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using reliefmesh you agree to them.
What reliefmesh does
reliefmesh turns images into 3D-printable models (STL files). The processing runs on your own device; your images are not uploaded to us.
Accounts
You need an account (an email address) to download files. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Free and paid plans
Free accounts can download a limited number of files, which carry a small reliefmesh mark on the back. The Pro subscription gives unlimited downloads without the mark for as long as it is active. Plan details and prices are on the pricing page and may change; changes to a price apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your images and files
Only use images you have the right to use. You keep all rights you have in your images and in the files you make, and you may print, use and sell what you make, as long as doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for checking that a model is suitable and safe for its use (for example, candle holders and mugs: printing materials, heat and food contact).
Acceptable use
Don't use reliefmesh to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to get around download limits or payments, or to interfere with the service.
The service
We work to keep reliefmesh available and correct, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using reliefmesh and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
